Each of the ten finalists will receive £1,000 to turn their proposed idea into an inspiring, celebrated finished piece, ready to be unveiled at the final outdoor exhibition, beginning June 2010, as part of the North Devon Festival celebrations.
Two winners will be announced in September 2010:
The judges winner will receive £3,500. The ‘Public Speaks’ winner will receive £1,500.
Broomhill lies in one of the most glorious valleys in North Devon surrounded by hundreds of acres of woodland and bound by its own stream.
